A Mindful Reflection of 2024

I’m not much of a resolution setter - are you? I do value setting goals, both personally and professionally, however, at this time of year as we release what was and embrace what is to come, I value allowing time for reflection. These are some questions, or journal prompts I’ll be reflecting on today. I hope you find benefit in doing so as well. Is there a reflective question you might include? Let me know in the comments.

• What moments brought me the most joy this year

• What challenge taught me the most this year?

• What did I learn from this challenge?

• How have I nurtured myself and my relationships?

• How have I nurtured my time to creatively express myself?

• Is there a memorable moment I showed self-compassion - describe this experience

• Have I learned to better trust myself and my intuition?

• How have I stepped out of my comfort zone and grown?

• What is one thing I am willing to release before I enter this new year?

• How have I shown up for myself?

We are all in process, discovering and learning and growing. I am walking into this new year with you committed to creating, discovering and growing together.

My hope is that you will commit to trusting yourself & your intuition, choosing yourself, letting your voice be heard, letting yourself be seen, practicing self-compassion and loving kindness, and that you will show up for yourself.
